Your order will be delivered to your home adress or to your local delivery point. a delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is delivered or ready to be collected. All orders are traceable through the tracking number provided together with your digital receipt at ups.com. Please note that the delivery to rural addresses may result in longer delivery times.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

If you refuse your order or if we cannot deliver the package due to wrong or incomplete information, shipping and any other fees (such as import taxes and duties) that may have been added will be deducted from your refund.
