“Portofortuna” (‘lucky charm’ from Italian) is very diverse, even stylistically it is not really a collection, but rather a report on the work done over two years, on what the artist was inspired, excited and interested in.
Among the signature artworks is a brooch with dragonflies, a theme typical of Art Nouveau, which the master has not addressed for quite a long time.
Among the most philosophical works are the pendant "Undine", in whose hair are woven intaglio with images of her victims and a brooch with spokes and figures of people. A reflection on how we are all intertwined and everything is interconnected. The epitome of Ilgiz F. style and truly a future museum piece is the Art Deco artichoke ring made of gold with enamel, diamonds and amethyst.

Ilgiz Fazulzyanov was born in 1968 in Zelenodolsk, Republic of Tatarstan. In 1990 after graduating from an art school he founded a workshop of stained glass and silk painting in Kazan.
