Slowness reflects Dickson Yewn’s quiet dialogue with time, culture and memory. Shot across China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, the photographs capture courtyards, trees, walls and simple domestic objects with the tenderness of observation.

Although created through a smartphone programme, the images echo the depth and softness of nineteenth-century platinum printing. Each frame feels suspended between past and present, holding a moment that asks to be seen slowly.
